Crusader's Off-Hand

Alright i made a shammy and got to the new weps at lvl 20 and i noticed the Chance On Hit on the Off-Hand.
Well i was watching and when it procs it strait increases your spellpower by 16% of your intellect. I was looking at my spell power and it just keeps stacking i went from 2542 spellpower to 11k. I'm gonna go ahead and say that that can be seriously abused.
On another but when you put on Windfury it teleports you back to the start of the leveling road along with Flametonge. With Rockbiter it last for 6 seconds. Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with Frostbrand =).
